新任辅导员自我评价中，思想政治教育是最重要的能力，日常事务管理是最常用也是最胜任的能力，心理健康教育与咨询是最易提升的能力；辅导员对职业能力的自我评价因性别、入职年龄以及学历的不同存在着差异；新任辅导员职业能力自我评价特征图谱显示了“递增型”、“递减型”、“正U型”、“倒U型”四种特征表现类型。

In new advisors'self -evaluation ,the ability to carry out ideological and political education comes first .Routine management is the most commonly used ability that most advisors are best at . And mental health education and counseling turns out to be something advisors can most easily im‐prove upon .New advisors'self -evaluation of their occupational abilities varies with gender ,age of entry into employment and educational background ,and the feature maps express four different types :progressive increase ,progressive decrease ,U shape and inverted U shape .
