目的:探讨以PBL为基础的以教促学模式在内分泌科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取该校2012级临床医学专业的学生,共80名,作为研究对象,将该专业学生正在接受的课程作为基本平台,并按照入学编号,随机分为两个组,观察组和对照组,一个学期之后针对该应用效果进行相应的研究。观察组,采取基于PBL的以教促学的模式,对照组单纯采用PBL教学模式。最后,对教学效果进行评价的时候,针对学生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩进行效果的评判,最后,还要应用问卷调查的方式对该教学模式的效果进行相应的比较。结果从理论以及学生操作的出科考试成绩来看,以促进教学效率为前提对学生应用PBL教学的教学模式,相较于直接采用PBL的教学模式可以更有效地促进学生学习成绩的提高(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查的结果显示,以PBL教学模式为前提的敦促教学方法更容易被学生所欢迎。结论采用PBL教学模式为前提的以教促学的教学方式明显优于仅仅使用PBL 教学模式的教学效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of applying PBL in clinical teaching in Department of Endocrinology. Methods A total of 2012 students in Grade 80 clinical medicine, as the object of this study, they are being accepted as the basic platform, the professional students in accordance with the enrollment numbers, randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, after a semester of the effect of the application. In the observation group, the PBL based model was adopted to teach and promote learning, and the control group was treated with PBL teaching model. Final-ly, the evaluation of the teaching effect of the time, for the students' theoretical examination results, the results of the oper-ation of the evaluation, the final, but also the use of a questionnaire survey on the effect of the teaching mode of the corre-sponding comparison. Results From the point of view of theory and operation of the students is given in the examination, in order to promote the teaching efficiency is a premise for students applying PBL teaching mode. Compared with the direct use of PBL teaching model can more effectively promote the students' scores increased (P<0.05).From the results of the questionnaire survey, we can draw the PBL teaching mode to urge the teaching method is more easy to be welcomed by the students. Conclusion The teaching method of PBL teaching mode is the premise of the teaching and learning of the teach-ing method is significantly better than the use of the PBL teaching mode.
