目的：调查心脏骤停高危患者日常照护者CPR的掌握程度，比较两种不同培训模式下心脏骤停高危患者日常照顾者的CPR知识掌握情况的差异。方法将参加CPR培训的58名照护者分为两组，在保证总培训时长相同的基础上，以不同培训方式进行CPR知识和技能的培训，使用问卷评估培训前后CPR知识技能掌握情况以及比较两种不同培训方式的培训效果。结果两组培训前后CPR知识测评得分差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。单次集中培训组与分次逐步培训组在培训后进行知识测评得分的比较，其差异有统计学意义（t=-2.206，P<0.05）。结论对心脏骤停高危患者日常照护者CPR知识技能培训采取多次逐步培训的效果要优于单次集中培训效果。

Objective Investigating the current status of high risk CA patients’ daily care givers’ knowledge of cardiopul-monary resuscitation, and comparing two different training modes for the daily care givers. Methods 58 participants were divided into 2 groups and then they were trained in 2 ways while the training time was the same. Questionnaires were used to evaluate the effect of the two different training models. Results There were significant differences in CPR knowledge (P<0.01) before and after training in the two groups. The difference between the step by step training group and the single centralized training group was statistically significant (t=-2.206, P<0.05). Conclusion The step by step training mode is better than the single centralized training mode for the daily care givers of the patients who have high risk of CA.
