大学生党员培养在制度建设上存在培养制度不尽完善，继续教育的考核评估机制不健全，党务工作者对制度的执行不严等问题。应从对党员培养制度进行即时性补充，健全党员继续培养的考核评估机制，对制度的执行进行严格的监管等方面入手，强化学生党员培养的制度建设，为提高大学生党员培养质量提供制度方面的保障和依据。
대학생당원배양재제도건설상존재배양제도불진완선，계속교육적고핵평고궤제불건전，당무공작자대제도적집행불엄등문제。응종대당원배양제도진행즉시성보충，건전당원계속배양적고핵평고궤제，대제도적집행진행엄격적감관등방면입수，강화학생당원배양적제도건설，위제고대학생당원배양질량제공제도방면적보장화의거。
Currently ,there lacks a sound system for the training of college student Party members and a sound assessment mechanism for their further training and the Party affairs workers are less than strict in implementing the training system .To strengthen the institutional construction for the train‐ing of student Party members and provide institutional guarantee and basis for the improvement of the training quality ,colleges and universities must seek ways to improve the training system and the as‐sessment mechanism and achieve more stringent supervision of the implementation of the training sys‐tem .
