目的：比较对老年结石性胆囊炎患者采用不同微创手术的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的老年结石性胆囊炎患者50例作为研究对象，按照微创术式划分，对照组25例应用单纯LC术治疗，观察组25例基于对照组加用PTGD术，对比两组临床效果。结果观察组中转开腹率为4.0%，无并发症现象，低于对照组20.0%与12.0%，对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 PTGD联合LC治疗老年结石性胆囊炎临床疗效明显。

목적：비교대노년결석성담낭염환자채용불동미창수술적림상효과。방법선취아원수치적노년결석성담낭염환자50례작위연구대상，안조미창술식화분，대조조25례응용단순LC술치료，관찰조25례기우대조조가용PTGD술，대비량조림상효과。결과관찰조중전개복솔위4.0%，무병발증현상，저우대조조20.0%여12.0%，대비차이명현（P＜0.05）。결론 PTGD연합LC치료노년결석성담낭염림상료효명현。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different minimally invasive surgery for elderly patients with cholecystitis.Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with cholecystitis in our hospital were selected as the research object, according to the minimally invasive operation, 25 cases in the control group were treated with LC alone, the observation group was treated with PTGD, and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe conversion rate of the observation group was 4%, no complications, and was signiifcantly lower than the control group 20% and 12%, the difference was obvious (P<0.05).ConclusionPTGD combined with LC in the treatment of elderly patients with cholecystitis has obvious clinical effect.
