目的:了解护理专业《人际沟通》课程的现状及其在校生、实习生和临床带教教师对该课程的意见和建议,并提出相应的对策。方法于2015年2月整群抽取青岛滨海学院护理专业在校生400人进行问卷调查,随机抽取实习生50人以及临床带教教师100人进行问卷调查,问卷内容主要包括课程重要性、设置、现存问题以及影响教学水平因素四个方面。结果对于《人际沟通》课程的开课学期与实践方式,在校生、实习生和临床带教教师观点不一致。结论整合护理专业人文课程,将人文素质的提升贯穿于整个护理专业的学习过程之中,同时实践环节采取多样化,满足师生要求。

Objective To understand the present situation of the nursing profession "interpersonal communication" course and its students, interns, and clinical teaching teachers' opinions and Suggestions of the course, and puts forward corre-sponding countermeasures. Methods In May 2015 cluster sampling Qingdao Binhai college nursing students of 400 ques-tionnaire, random clinical teaching intern 50 people and questionnaire survey to 100 teachers, content of questionnaire mainly includes the importance, Settings, existing problems and the factors influencing the teaching level four aspects. Re-sults For "interpersonal communication" classes of the semester and practice way, students, interns and clinical teaching teachers don't agree. Conclusion Close nursing humanities courses, the ascension of humanity quality goes through in the learning process of the nursing profession, at the same time take diversified practice, satisfies the requirement of the teach-ers and students.
