目的:探讨如何提高高职护生护理实训效果,为临床护理输送合格的实习护生。方法通过基础护理课程改革,制定基础护理操作考核成绩评定细则,改进课后开放实训室管理模式及建立各种激励机制等教学改革措施。结果新的一系列护理实训教学改革措施,调动了护生自主学习基础护理操作技术的积极性,激发其学习热情,提高了学习成绩和综合素质,受到临床护理带教教师的好评,收到了较好的效果。结论综合性的护理实训教学改革措施,具有良好的教学效果,总结其经验,可以推广,以提高高职护生的基础护理操作技术的学习效果。

Objective This article discusses how to enhance the effectiveness of the higher vocational nursing major stu-dents’ practical training and make them qualified for internship on clinical nursing. Methods Along with the reform of the fundamental nursing courses, we made detailed scoring rules on the fundamental nursing operation tests and implemented reform measures such as improving the management mode of the practical training rooms ’ opening-after-class, establishing various motivation mechanisms, and so forth. Results The newly employed teaching reform measures on the nursing practi-cal training have let the nursing major students take initiative in acquiring the fundamental nursing operation technique, in-voked their learning enthusiasm and improved their learning performance as well as overall qualities. These measures have received positive feedback from the clinical nursing instructors and proven to be effective. Conclusion These comprehensive reform measures in nursing practical training have brought excellent results in teaching. The experience should be drawn and strongly promoted to enhance the higher vocational nursing major students ’ learning efficiency on the fundamental nursing operation technique.
