目的 研究CT灌注成像应用在肺癌诊断的临床意义. 方法 资料选取于2013年9月至2014年9月期间到我院接受治疗的34例肺癌患者为研究的对象, 对所选患进行放化疗前后的CT扫面, 之后对治疗有效及治疗无效的患者进行相关的灌注参数分析. 结果 治疗后, 有效组灌注值、 强化幅度及结节-主动脉强化值比低于治疗前 (P<0. 05); 但无效组治疗各项指标比较无明显差异 ( P>0. 05 ); 且有效组BV、 BF、 PS低于无效组 ( P<0. 05 ); 有效组 MTT高于无效组 ( P<0. 05). 结论 肺肿瘤CT灌注能够有效反应患者血流供应、 肿瘤周边的高灌注区和肿瘤的生物行为, 值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To study the clinical significance of applications of CT perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 34 patients with lung cancer, admitted in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014, were chosen as the subject, who received CT scans before and after the chemoradiotherapy. The relevant perfusion parameters in patients with effective and ineffec-tive treatment were analyzed. Results After treatment, the effective perfusion value, strengthening amplitude and nodules - aortic strengthening value ratio were lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05). The indicators of ineffective treatment group were not sig-nificantly different (P>0. 05), and BV, BF and PS in effective group were lower than those in ineffective group (P<0. 05). MTT in effective group was higher than that in ineffective group (P<0. 05). Conclusion CT perfusion for patients with lung tumor can effec-tively manifest blood supply, high perfusion zone surrounding the tumor and biological behavior of tumor, so it is worthy of clinical pop-ularization and application.
