目的 对比分析DR全脊柱立位摄影与全景拼接后处理图像质量. 方法 选取本院收治的脊柱及下肢畸形患者80例, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例, 对照组常规DR摄影, 观察组采用全景拼接后处理软件处理图像, 比较两组图像的质量. 结果 观察组图像质量优良率显著高于对照组, 组间比较差异有统计学意义 (χ2=8. 266, P<0. 05). 结论 全景拼接软件能得到质量合格的全脊柱及下肢全景图像, 不受设备的限制, 有效满足临床诊断和治疗的要求.

Objective To compare DR conventional photography and panorama splicing technology for entire spine and lower limbs. Methods 80 cases with malformation of spine and lower limbs in our hospital were selected, and randomly allocated to obser-vation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with DR conventional photography, while the observation group was treated with panorama splicing technology. The image qualities of two groups were compared. Results The clarity rate of image of observation group was much higher than that of control group; with statistically significant difference (χ2=8. 266, P<0. 05). Conclusion Panoramic splicing technology can get the quality image of spine and lower limbs free from limitation of equipment;therefore it can effectively meet the requirements of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
