针对现阶段国内高速铁路机车运行过程中出现的齿轮箱润滑失效问题，开展理论与试验研究，以揭示其失效机制并实现工程应用。通过工程调研与分析，提出齿轮箱润滑主要失效模式为润滑剂失效、传动系统损耗和密封问题。并通过拉曼光谱与扫描电镜的综合测试，以在用油中黑色物质结构与成分为依据，得到相应失效模式的判别方法。经过工程与试验测试，验证了这些失效模式分析及判别方法的可行性，为我国高速铁路机车齿轮箱的安全检修和运行提供方法依据和技术参考。

Theoretical and experimental studies were carried out for the stage of the gearbox lubrication failure,which is very common in daily running of high?speed railway locomotives,in order to find a reasonable failure mechanism and imple?ment engineering applications. By engineering research and analysis, the major failure modes of gearbox lubrication were presented,which could be lubrication failure,wear of transmission system and sealing problem. By Raman spectrum and SEM,the corresponding discriminant method for each mode was presented according to the composition of the black parti?cles from the gearbox oil.The actual projects proved the feasibility of these failure modes and identification methods.The final results of this study can provide a technical reference for the actual operation of high?speed rail maintenance.
