以稠度和机械安定性为指标,考察助分散剂、底油加入量、后处理温度及研磨间隙对膨润土润滑脂性能的影响。结果表明,基础油对不同助分散剂的响应不同,且不同助分散剂对应的最佳添加量也不同;采用稠度和机械安定性不同衡量指标时,得到的助分散剂对基础油响应大小排序一致,但每种助分散剂的最佳添加量并不相同,表明稠度最大时润滑脂的机械安定性并非最好。研究表明,稠度与机械安定性是2种相互矛盾的膨润土润滑脂测试指标,需要结合实际的使用工况,协调稠度与机械安定性,使所制膨润土润滑脂适应于使用环境。

The impact on the performances of bentonite greases by dispersant agent, quantity of bottom oil, processing temperature and grinding clearance was studied with consistency and mechanical stability as index of bentonite greases. The results show that bottom oil has different responses to different dispersant agent, and also different dispersant agent is corresponded to different optimal adding amount. When using different evaluation index of consistency and mechanical stability, the response size of dispersant agent to bottom oil is consistent, but the obtained optimal added amount of every kind dispersant agent is different, indicating that the mechanical stability of the grease is not the best at its maximum con?sistency. The study shows that the consistency and mechanical stability of bentonite grease are contradictory of two evalua?tion index, which are in need of coordinating by combining with the actual use conditions, so that the bentonite grease is suitable for the use environment.
