应用CFD软件FLUENT对带有反旋流的转子密封系统进行数值分析,运用Muszynska理论分析反旋流喷嘴数量与反旋流喷嘴流体入口速度对流体激振的影响,并进行实验验证。数值分析与实验研究的结果均表明,反旋流抑制流体激振是通过控制密封腔内流体的周向速度而实现的。在反旋流装置中,反旋的喷嘴数量越多,密封腔内流场越稳定,越有利于抑制流体激振的发生;反旋流的反旋速度存在一个最优值,在该反旋速度下能有效地抑制周向速度,且能避免流体反向的周向旋转而造成的更大振动。
應用CFD軟件FLUENT對帶有反鏇流的轉子密封繫統進行數值分析,運用Muszynska理論分析反鏇流噴嘴數量與反鏇流噴嘴流體入口速度對流體激振的影響,併進行實驗驗證。數值分析與實驗研究的結果均錶明,反鏇流抑製流體激振是通過控製密封腔內流體的週嚮速度而實現的。在反鏇流裝置中,反鏇的噴嘴數量越多,密封腔內流場越穩定,越有利于抑製流體激振的髮生;反鏇流的反鏇速度存在一箇最優值,在該反鏇速度下能有效地抑製週嚮速度,且能避免流體反嚮的週嚮鏇轉而造成的更大振動。

The computer fluid dynamics( CFD) software FLUENT was used to analyze the flow field of the rotor?seal sys?tem with an anti?swirl device.The Muszynska’s theory was used to analyze the influence of the number of anti?swirl nozzle and anti?swirl nozzle fluid inlet velocity on the vibration caused by fluid. The experiment was implemented to verify the numerical analysis result. The results obtained from both experimental study and numerical analysis show that anti?swirl suppressing vibration caused by fluid is implemented by controlling the circumference velocity of fluid in the seal chamber. The more the number of anti?swirl nozzles in the anti?swirl device,the more stable is the fluid in the seal chamber,which is more helpful for suppressing the vibration caused by fluid.There is an optimal value of velocity of anti?swirl,which can effectively suppress the circumference velocity,and can avoid the large vibration caused by reverse circumferential rotation of fluid.
