目的：探讨临床护理路径在子宫肌瘤围手术护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2013年12月～2014年12月实施手术的58例子宫肌瘤患者按入院时间分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予传统护理模式进行护理，观察组以临床路径模式进行护理，对比两组的住院时间、治疗费用、护理满意率、疾病知晓率等指标。结果观察组的住院时间、治疗费用均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。且观察组的疾病知晓情况、对护理满意程度也优于对照组；结论临床护理路径对于子宫肌瘤围手术护理具有理想疗效，可控制医疗成本、提升医疗服务质量。
목적：탐토림상호리로경재자궁기류위수술호리중적응용효과。방법장아원2013년12월～2014년12월실시수술적58례자궁기류환자안입원시간분위대조조화관찰조，대조조급여전통호리모식진행호리，관찰조이림상로경모식진행호리，대비량조적주원시간、치료비용、호리만의솔、질병지효솔등지표。결과관찰조적주원시간、치료비용균저우대조조（P＜0.05）。차관찰조적질병지효정황、대호리만의정도야우우대조조；결론림상호리로경대우자궁기류위수술호리구유이상료효，가공제의료성본、제승의료복무질량。
To analysis the inlfuence of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in the perioperative of uterine ifbroids.Methods From Dec 2013 to Dec 2014, 58 patients with uterine ifbroids were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Nursing care was carried out in general model for patients of control group, while CNP was used to guide the care process for patients in experimental group. Hospital stay, cost of treatment and care satisfaction was compared between 2 groups.Results As for experimental group, all of the factors listed above were better than those of control group, the differences were all statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion CNP has a satisfactory results in in the perioperative of uterine ifbroids.
