目的 研究放疗科病房层级护理管理的应用效果. 方法 在该院放疗科2010年5月-2012年4月未采用层级护理管理期间,选择60例患者作为对照组;于2012年7月-2014年6月采用层级护理管理期间选择60例患者作为研究组,对比分析两组患者对于护理工作的满意情况以及护理质量. 结果 相对于对照组而言,研究组患者对于各项护理工作的满意度评分高,护理质量优,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义,即(P<0.05). 结论 在放疗科病房中应用层级护理管理,可规范护理行为和优化护理流程,为患者提供更为合理且更具针对性的护理服务,以此进一步提高患者满意度和护理管理质量.

Objective To study the level of Radiation Oncology ward nursing management application effect. Methods In the hospital radiotherapy department in May 2010 - April 2012 period did not use the hierarchy of Nursing Administration, select 60 patients as the control group; July 2012 - June 2014 period level nursing management options using 60 patients as a research group, analyzed two groups of patients for nursing work satisfaction as well as quality of care. Results Com-pared with the control group, the study group of patients for the care satisfaction scores high, excellent quality of care, obvi-ous differences between the two groups of data, that is P<0.05. Conclusion Application of Radiation Oncology ward level nursing management, nursing behavior can standardize and optimize the care process, to provide patients with a more rea-sonable and more targeted treatments, in order to further improve patient satisfaction and quality of care management.
