本文描述了采用SIEMENS S7系列PLC及其模块和WinCC画面组态软件等自动化产品实现湿法冶金工艺流程及其辅助系统的自动化控制。硬件设计中,主控制系统采用S7-400高性能CPU,辅助系统采用S7-300中小型CPU。网络拓扑结合工业以太网和PROFIBUS DP现场总线进行主控制系统与辅助系统、上位监控站、分布式I/O站通信。利用WinCC画面组态软件实现了模拟量及生产设备运行状态的实时监控和预置工艺参数等功能。

This paper introduces the Hydrometallurgy Process and the Subsystem Automation Control which is realized by SIEMENS S7 series CPU and its modules and WinCC HMI software etc. During hardware configuration, the Main System used S7-400 high-performance CPU, the Subsystem used S7-300 small and medium CPU. Network topology combined with Industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS DP Field Bus for the Main System and the Subsystem, HMI station, Distributed I / O station communication. And functions with the Analog and the Running Status of production equipment real-time monitoring and process parameters presetting are obtained in WinCC HMI software.
