目的 探讨风险管理在骨外科病房患者护理中的临床应用效果. 方法 回顾性分析自2012年1月-2015年1月于该院骨外科病房就诊的患者140例,随机分为研究组﹑对照组各70例,记录并对比两组患者住院期间风险事件发生情况,以及出院后的压疮发生率﹑患者投诉率以及发生意外伤等方面的情况.结果 两组患者住院期间,研究组患者风险事件4例,风险事件发生率为5.7%,明显低于对照组(25.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者出院时护理满意度97.1%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组纠纷投诉率1.4%,明显少于对照组(P<0.05). 结论 在骨外科病房护理管理中,将风险管理贯穿始终是一种积极﹑有效的管理措施,对预防风险事件的发生,避免护理纠纷投诉,改善医患关系等方面具有显著意义,使患者获得更为安全﹑优质的护理服务.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of risk management in nursing care of patients with bone surgery ward. Methods A retrospective analysis of since January 2012 and 2015 January in our hospital bone surgery ward for treatment of patients with 140 cases randomly divided into study group and control group, 70 cases in each group, recorded and compared between the two groups of patients during hospitalization risk events, and after discharge pressure ulcer occurred rate, patient complaint rate and accident injury. Results During the period of hospitalization of two groups of patients, 4 cases of patients in the study group of risk events, risk event rate was 5.7%, significantly lower than the observa-tion group (25.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the study group patients nursing satisfaction was 97.1%, significantly better than the control group (P<0.05), the study group disputes complaints the rate of 1.4%, signifi-cantly less than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing management in bone surgery ward, the risk management is always a positive, effective management measures, to prevent the occurrence of risk events, to avoid nursing disputes com-plaints, significantly improve the doctor-patient relationship and other aspects, so that patients get more safety, quality of nursing service.
