目的:了解体检人群对隐私认知及其泄露后的心理体验,以期为开展针对性的隐私保护服务提供依据.方法方便性抽样法选取2013年10月第二军医大学长征医院体检中心接收的252例体检者为研究对象,采用自制问卷对其进行调查.结果252例体检者对隐私内容的认知水平由高到低依次为隐私部位(92.06%)、体检结果(91.27%)、姓名(90.08%)等;对隐私泄露途径的认知水平由高到低依次为体检报告(91.67%)、查体环节(86.51%)、询问病史(69.84%)等;对隐私泄露后的心理体验依次为愤怒(36.90%)、投诉(32.54%)、烦躁(16.27%)等.结论多数体检者对隐私有一定认知,对隐私泄露存在不同的负性心理;护理人员应增强以人为本的服务理念,重视并开展个性化、人性化的隐私保护服务.

Objective To understand the cognition and psychological experiences of health examination pop-ulation after leaks on privacy,in order to provide evidence for specific privacy protection service.Methods By convenience sampling,2 5 2 cases were selected and investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The cognitive level of privacy content from high to low in sequence were privacy parts(9 2 .0 6%),medical results(9 1 .2 7%),name (9 0 .0 8%).The cognitive level on privacy leaked ways ranked from high to low were medical report(9 1 .6 7%),body check(8 6 .5 1%),and case history question (6 9 .8 4%).The psycho-logical experience after privacy leaked ranked from high to low were anger(3 6 .9%),complaints(3 2 .5 4%), and dysphoria (1 6 .2 7%).Conclusion Most people have certain cognition for privacy,and privacy leakage has different negative psychology.Nursing staffs should strengthen the concept of people-oriented service, and pay attention to the implementation of individualized and humanity privacy protection service.
