人巨细胞病毒( human cytomegalovirus, HCMV)是引起胎儿宫内感染的常见病毒,也是导致胎儿异常和新生儿智力、听力障碍的重要原因之一。晚发性宫内HCMV感染对新生儿的危害较大,极易造成新生儿窒息死亡,且临床诊断和治疗较为困难。本研究报道了3例晚发性宫内HCMV感染致新生儿死亡患者的临床诊治经过,并结合文献复习,以期为该类疾病的临床诊治提供依据。

Human cytomeglavirus ( HCMV) is a common virus that causes intrauterine infection of newborns and one of the important causes of fetal abnormalities and neonatal intelligence and hearing impairment. Late intrauterine HCMV infection has great harm for newborns and is likely to cause the death of newborn by suffocation, and there is much difficulty in its diagnosis and treatment. The paper reported three cases of late-onset intrauterine HCMV infection that causes the death of newborns and made relevant literature review, in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
