目的 于临床护理的层级管理中,对其双因素理论应用的效果进行分析.方法 选取该县一所综合医院急诊护士站1个﹑护理病区4个,护理人员共40名,作为该研究对象,实施前(2014年4-10月)给予普通护理层级的管理,实施后(2014年11-2015年4月)给予双因素理论护理层级管理. 结果 于实施前,患者与医生对护士护理服务的满意度分别为81.25%与71.43%,实施后,护理满意度分别是93.75%与92.86%,实施后其满意度明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论双因素理论护理层级管理有利于护理人员的工作积极性及绩效的提高,进而使护理质量得到提高.

Objective In the hierarchy of clinical nursing management, application effect of the two-factor theory is ana-lyzed. Methods Our hospital emergency department nurses station 4, 1, nursing ward nursing personnel, a total of 40, as the study object, before carrying out (in April 2014 to October to give ordinary care level management, after implementing (November 2014 to April) give two-factor theory care level management. Results Prior to the implementation, on nursing care of patients and doctors service satisfaction was 81.25% and 71.43%, after implementation, nursing satisfaction were 93.75% and 92.86%, respectively, after the implementation of the satisfaction is significantly higher than before the imple-mentation, the significant difference (P<0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion Dual factors theory care level manage-ment was beneficial to the improvement of the nursing staff's working enthusiasm and performance, the nursing quality was improved.
