由于在止血﹑凝血以及各种肿瘤的放﹑化疗方面血小板的应用取得了良好的治疗效果.所以最近几年内临床用血量呈现为持续增加.近几年来,成分献血受到了高度的重视,宣传﹑招募单采成分献血者的力度逐渐加大.但是受到对献血者健康状况要求较高,采血用时长等多方面因素的影响,导致在单采成分献血者的招募和保留的过程存在很大的推进难度.现该站为积极推进单采成分献血者的招募及保留工作,特针对各项问题提出了相应的解决措施,最终得以下论述. 该研究首先介绍了现阶段单采成分献血者的招募和保留过程中存在的主要问题,然后分别提出了针对性的招募和保留措施,最后进行了展望和总结.
