目的：探究对于严重多发伤患者给予损伤控制的效果。方法整群选择该院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的多发伤患者122例，分为观察组（严重创伤者）、对照组（一般创伤者），各61例。对两组患者均进行损伤控制手术的策略。对比两组各项指标和术后并发症发生率情况。结果观察组治疗后各项指标与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；且并发症发生率显著高于对照组，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对于严重多发伤患者给予损伤控制方法和措施具有显著临床效果。

목적：탐구대우엄중다발상환자급여손상공제적효과。방법정군선택해원2013년12월—2014년12월수치적다발상환자122례，분위관찰조（엄중창상자）、대조조（일반창상자），각61례。대량조환자균진행손상공제수술적책략。대비량조각항지표화술후병발증발생솔정황。결과관찰조치료후각항지표여대조조상비，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；차병발증발생솔현저고우대조조，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론대우엄중다발상환자급여손상공제방법화조시구유현저림상효과。
Objective To explore the effect of damage control in patients with severe multiple injuries. Methods 122 patients with multiple injuries in our hospital were divided into observation group(61 cases with severe trauma) and control group (61 cas-es common trauma). Damage control surgery was performed on all the patients. Clinical indexes and postoperative compli-cations were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in clinical indexes between the two groups (P>0.05);in terms of complication rate, the observation group was higher the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Damage control surgery in the management of patients with severe multiple injuries can produce remarkable effect.
