目的:探讨瞬间服务管理模式在提高军队住院官兵满意度中的应用效果.方法便利抽样选取2012年9月至2013年9月在解放军第254医院军人病房科住院的官兵900例为对照组,2013年10月至2014年10月住院的900例住院官兵为观察组,对照组住院官兵给予常规护理服务,观察组住院官兵在对照组的基础上将瞬间服务应用于护理管理中,评价并比较两组住院官兵的满意度.结果观察组住院官兵各个项目的满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论将瞬间服务应用于护理管理中有利于促进护理服务质量和住院官兵满意度的提高.

Objective To discuss the application effect of management model of instant service in impro-ving the satisfaction level of hospitalized army officers.Methods By convenience sampling,900 army officers admitted between September 2012 and September 2013 were selected as control group,and another 900 hospitalized soldiers which were admitted between October 2013 and October 2014 were selected as observation group.The patients in control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group applied instant service on the basis of routine nursing.The satisfaction level between two groups were compared and evaluated.Results The satisfaction rate towards each dimension of patients in observation group were higher than that of control group (all P<0.01).Conclusion The application of instant service management model can promote the nursing service quality and improve the satisfaction level.
