通过一款遥控器上盖塑件分模过程,介绍了基于UG曲面功能对具有复杂结构塑件进行曲面分模并创建凹模与型芯以及拆分侧滑块的方法,阐述了曲面分模技术的基本原理和步骤,分析了曲面分模过程中技术应用要点和常见问题的解决方法。指出基于UG曲面功能在对结构复杂塑件进行分模时方法灵活成功率高。

By showing parting process of plastic cover of a remote controller and based on UG surface func-tion, these points were introduced such as parting of complicated plastic components, methods of establishing concave dies and core and ways to split side slide, fundamental theories and steps of surface parting technology were elaborated, application points and resolutions for common problems during surface parting process were ana-lyzed. The fact was pointed out the methods based on UG surface function to part complicated plastic components is flexible and easy to succeed.
