行动导向教学是一种以行动或工作任务为导向,以学生为主体、教师为主导,“教、学、做”一体化的教学模式,可以激发和提高学生的学习兴趣、积极性和求知欲,培养学生的综合能力和综合素养。介绍了行动导向教学法概念及其教学方法种类,并将其引入到实训课程教学,分析了它在提高学生专业能力、方法能力和社会能力等方面的作用。

Action-oriented teaching is a kind of teaching mode which takes action or task as the main orienta-tion, students as the main body, teachers as the leading factor, and integrates teaching, learning and doing into one, which can stimulate and enhance students′ learning interest, enthusiasm and curiosity, and cultivate students′comprehensive ability and quality. The concept of action-oriented teaching method and types of teaching methods were introduced and was led into the practical training curriculum teaching, its role in improving students′professional ability, method ability and social ability was analyzed.
