杜仲是治疗骨质疏松症最常用和有效的中药之一,其对骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)的作用机制逐渐被认识.BMSCs是成骨细胞、破骨细胞多潜能分化前体细胞,除具有多向分化潜能外,还具有免疫抑制调节特性.本文就杜仲对BMSCs成骨分化的影响进行综述,为进一步研究提供新思路.

Eucommiae Cortex is one of the most common and effective traditional Chinese medicine to treat osteoporosis, whose mechanism of action on BMSCs has gradually been confirmed. BMSCs are pluripotent precursor cells of the osteoblast and the osteoclast. In addition to a multi-directional differentiation potential, BMSCs are also characterized of immune suppressive regulating function. This article is a review about the research on differentiation of osteoblasts by BMSCs, which provides a new thinking for further research.
