目的 分析小儿急性心力衰竭急救后的护理和管理方法. 方法 该院对2014年1月-2015年1月之间的80例就诊患儿进行了观察监测,在征得了家长的同意后,对这80例患儿进行了小儿急性心力衰竭的护理和管理全程的观察.结果 该80例患者中,有78例康复出院,抢救成功率是97.5%.有2例心力衰竭患儿抢救失败,分别是由重度肺炎和先天性心脏病导致的急性心力衰竭. 结论 对于小儿急性心力衰竭急救后的护理和管理,要做到及时确诊并救治,加强医治过程中的护理和管理工作,能明显提高小儿急性心力衰竭疾病的治愈率.

Objective To analyze the nursing and management methods for the treatment of acute heart failure in children. Methods Our Hospital between August 1 January 2014 to 2015 of 80 cases of hospitalized children were observed, with the consent of the consent of a parent, of the 80 patients of acute heart failure in childrens care and management of the whole observation. Results 80 cases of patients, 78 cases of rehabilitation, the success rate is 97.5.
