目的 分析全程健康教育模式对结核防治效果的影响. 方法 选取118例结核病患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各59例. 对照组实行常规指导,研究组给予全程健康教育. 对比两组结核知识知晓情况及治疗效果. 结果研究组患者对结核知识知晓得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗的总有效率明显较对照组高(P<0.05). 结论 全程健康教育模式可有效的帮助患者正确认识结核疾病,提高治疗效果.

Objective To analyze the impact throughout the health education model for tuberculosis control effect. Methods 118 cases of tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into study group and control group 59 cases. General guidance to implement the control group, the study group given full health education. Compared two groups of knowledge of TB and treatment. Results Of the study group were significantly higher scores on knowledge of tuberculosis (P<0.05);the total effec-tive rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05) research group therapy. Conclusion Full health education model can effectively help patients correct understanding of tuberculosis disease, improve the therapeutic effect.
