By analyzing the connotation of general education teachers and the characters of their performance, this paper, by means of MBO(Management by Objectives) method and overall performance evaluation method, based on AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), aims to construct an inspiring and effective evaluation sysytem for reference.
