在综合分析高血压病维吾尔医古籍文献及临床实际的基础上,建立了以高血压病的维吾尔医主症和次症条目为证候要素的维医辨证分型标准;结合高血压病收缩压、舒张压的变化,及药物对心、脑、肾、血管等靶器官的损伤是否具有保护作用等指标,建立了高血压病的疗效评价标准.在此基础上,按照国家新药审评的技术要求,研究制订了维药新药治疗高血压病的临床研究指导原则(草案).

Based on the comprehensive analysis of hypertension in ancient literature and clinical practice about Uyghur Medicine, Uyghur Medicine syndrome differentiation criteria of hypertension was set up considering the primary and the secondary symptoms. Combined with changes of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and whether the medicine has protective effects against the injury of heart, brain and kidney, the efficacy evaluation standard of hypertension was established. On this basis, in accordance with the technical requirements of the national medicine review, the study developed clinical research guidelines for the treatment of hypertension with new Uyghur Medicine (draft).
