目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法整群选取2011年2月—2015年1月该院收治的90例老年肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组，各45例，对照组采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加用中药内服治疗，综合比较两组患者优良率、骨折愈合时间及并发症情况。结果研究组优良率为93.3%，高于对照组的75.6%（P<0.05）；研究组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗老年肱骨近端骨折效果确切，可有效缩短骨折愈合时间，功能恢复好，并发症少。
목적：탐토중서의결합치료노년굉골근단골절적림상료효。방법정군선취2011년2월—2015년1월해원수치적90례노년굉골근단골절환자작위연구대상，채용수궤수자표법장소선환자분위연구조화대조조，각45례，대조조채용절개복위쇄정강판내고정치료，연구조재대조조적기출상가용중약내복치료，종합비교량조환자우량솔、골절유합시간급병발증정황。결과연구조우량솔위93.3%，고우대조조적75.6%（P<0.05）；연구조환자골절유합시간단우대조조（P<0.05）；연구조병발증발생솔저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론중서의결합치료노년굉골근단골절효과학절，가유효축단골절유합시간，공능회복호，병발증소。
Objective To investigate effects of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine for elderly patients with humerus proximal fractures. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with humerus proximal fractures in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group, each were 45 cases. Control group were treated with locking plate internal fixation. Research group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with locking plate internal fixa-tion. The total effective rate, fracture healing time and complications were compared. Results Total effective rate of research group was 93.3%, which was higher than 75.6%of control group (P<0.05).Fracture healing time of research group was short-er than control group (P<0.05).Complications rate of research group was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine for elderly patients with humerus proximal fractures has exact ef-fects. It can effectively shorten fracture healing time with good functional recovery and fewer complications.
