目的：探索他汀类药物实践于缺血性脑血管的治疗价值和预防价值。方法整群选取该院2012年1月—2014年12月3年时间内抢救的缺血性脑血管患者中，同意接受研究的总共102例，阿司匹林实践于51例对照组，阿司匹林+他汀类药物实践于51例观察组，对比两种药物治疗方案的可行性。结果对照组接受阿司匹林，阿司匹林的有效率是76.47%。观察组接受他汀类药物，他汀类药物的有效率是96.08%。他汀类药物的治疗优良率显著高于阿司匹林。两种药物治疗方案对于缺血性脑血管患者的有效性有明显差异（P＜0.05）。对缺血性脑血管患者进行随访，对照组复发的有6例（11.76%），观察组复发的有1例（1.96%）。两种药物治疗方案下缺血性脑血管患者的复发状况有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论他汀类药物实践于缺血性脑血管的治疗价值和预防价值较高，值得大范围推广。
목적：탐색타정류약물실천우결혈성뇌혈관적치료개치화예방개치。방법정군선취해원2012년1월—2014년12월3년시간내창구적결혈성뇌혈관환자중，동의접수연구적총공102례，아사필림실천우51례대조조，아사필림+타정류약물실천우51례관찰조，대비량충약물치료방안적가행성。결과대조조접수아사필림，아사필림적유효솔시76.47%。관찰조접수타정류약물，타정류약물적유효솔시96.08%。타정류약물적치료우량솔현저고우아사필림。량충약물치료방안대우결혈성뇌혈관환자적유효성유명현차이（P＜0.05）。대결혈성뇌혈관환자진행수방，대조조복발적유6례（11.76%），관찰조복발적유1례（1.96%）。량충약물치료방안하결혈성뇌혈관환자적복발상황유명현차이（P＜0.05）。결론타정류약물실천우결혈성뇌혈관적치료개치화예방개치교고，치득대범위추엄。
Objective To explore the practice of statins in the treatment of ischemic cerebral vascular value and the prevention value. Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2014 December, three years in the rescue of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular,agree to accept the study for a total of 102 cases,aspirin practice in 51 cases in the control group,aspirin and statins practice in 51 cases of the observation group,the feasibility of comparison of two treatment schemes. Results The control group received aspirin,the effective rate of aspirin is 76.47%. The observation group received statins,the effective rate of statins is 96.08%. Statin treatment excellent rate was significantly higher than that of aspirin.Drug regimens have obvious difference in effectiveness in patients with ischemic cerebralvascular (P<0.05). For the follow-up of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular,The control group 6 cases relapse (11.76%),the observation group recurrence in 1 cases ( 1 . 96%) . Recurrence of the patients with ischemic cerebral vascular of the two kinds of drug treatmentschemes have obvious difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Statins in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular practice value and prevention of higher value,worthy of large-scale promotion.
