目的：探讨西酞普兰与舍曲林治疗癫痫性抑郁障碍的临床效果。方法随机选取2012年10月—2013年11月于本院治疗的40例癫痫性抑郁障碍患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组20例，两组患者均维持原抗癫痫药物治疗，观察组加用西酞普兰治疗，对照组加用舍曲林治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为95.0%，对照组总有效率为70.0%，观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组起效时间、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），经治疗，观察组HAMC和HAMA评分除治疗后7d外均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用西酞普兰治疗癫痫性抑郁障碍起效时间短且不良反应少，患者可获得满意临床疗效，值得临床广泛应用推广。
목적：탐토서태보란여사곡림치료전간성억욱장애적림상효과。방법수궤선취2012년10월—2013년11월우본원치료적40례전간성억욱장애환자，장기수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조20례，량조환자균유지원항전간약물치료，관찰조가용서태보란치료，대조조가용사곡림치료，분석대비량조환자적림상치료효과화불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조림상치료총유효솔위95.0%，대조조총유효솔위70.0%，관찰조림상료효명현우우대조조（P＜0.05），관찰조기효시간、불량반응발생솔균명현저우대조조（P＜0.05），경치료，관찰조HAMC화HAMA평분제치료후7d외균명현저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론채용서태보란치료전간성억욱장애기효시간단차불량반응소，환자가획득만의림상료효，치득림상엄범응용추엄。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of citalopram and Seculin in the treatment of epileptic depression. Methods 40 cases of epileptic patients with depression from 2012 October ~2013 November in our hospital were slected. All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 20 cases. Two groups of patients are to maintain the original antiepileptic drugs. Observation group were treated with citalopram treatment, control group with Seculin therapy. Analyzed and compared the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 95%, and in the control group was 70%. The curative effect was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The onset time of the observation group and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group HAMC and HAMA scores in 7d after treatment were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of citalopram in the treatment of epileptic depression in short time and less adverse reaction. Patients can obtain satisfactory clinical effect and it is worth wide clinical application.
