目的:讨论磁共振成像对幕上分水岭脑梗死的诊断及分型,为临床诊断、治疗、预后提供帮助。方法对本院100例磁共振诊断为幕上分水岭脑梗死患者进行回顾性分析。结果磁共振根据病灶的信号特点、位置及形态,能够对幕上分水岭脑梗死做出准确的诊断及分型,包括皮质型脑梗死44例(皮质前型6例,皮质后上型11例,皮质后下型13例,皮质上型14例),皮质下型56例(皮质下上型13例,皮质下下型10例,皮质下前型5例,皮质下后型15例,皮质下外型13例)。结论磁共振检查对幕上分水岭脑梗死的诊断及分型具有重要价值,为临床及早诊治、改善预后起到较大作用。

목적:토론자공진성상대막상분수령뇌경사적진단급분형,위림상진단、치료、예후제공방조。방법대본원100례자공진진단위막상분수령뇌경사환자진행회고성분석。결과자공진근거병조적신호특점、위치급형태,능구대막상분수령뇌경사주출준학적진단급분형,포괄피질형뇌경사44례(피질전형6례,피질후상형11례,피질후하형13례,피질상형14례),피질하형56례(피질하상형13례,피질하하형10례,피질하전형5례,피질하후형15례,피질하외형13례)。결론자공진검사대막상분수령뇌경사적진단급분형구유중요개치,위림상급조진치、개선예후기도교대작용。
Objective To discuss the application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI ) in the diagnosis and classification of supratentorial cerebral watershed infarction(CWSI )which can help the clinical diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and prevention.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100 cases of supratentorial cerebral watershed infarction diagnosed by MRI in Fujian Provincial Hospital.Result We can make accurate diagnosis and classification of supratentorial cerebral watershed infarction according to the characteristics of magnetic resonance signal, the location and morphology, including 44 cases of cortical cerebral infarction(6 cases of anterior cortical type,11 cases of posterior upper type,13 cases of posterior below type,14 cases of upper cortical type),56 cases of subcortical type(13 cases of subcrotical upper type,10 cases of subcortical below type,5 cases of subcortical anterior type,15 cases of subcortical posterior type,13 cases of subcortical exterior type).Conclusion It is of great value to apply MRI in the diagnosis and classification of supratentorial cerebral watershed infarction, which contributes to the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and improves the prognosis.
