目的：探讨包皮过长及系带过短对阴茎勃起的影响。方法整群选择该院2012年1月—2014年12月门诊包皮过长及包皮系带过短男性330例，行包皮环切及系带成形术；通过病例自身对照，观察比较手术前后患者在阴道内射精潜伏时间、患者性生活满意度的差异，分析包皮及系带对男性阴茎勃起时间的作用及可能机制。结果330例男性行包皮环切+系带成形术，术后阴道内射精潜伏时间、性生活满意度均较术前分别增加（2.82±0.82） min、（3.90±1.02）分（均为P<0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论包皮及系带与男性阴茎勃起时间有密切关系，包皮环切+系带成形术可降低性刺激的传导，延长阴茎勃起时间；对于包皮过长合并包皮系带过短男性，建议包皮环切的同时行系带成形术，以延长阴道内射精潜伏时间，提高性生活满意度。
목적：탐토포피과장급계대과단대음경발기적영향。방법정군선택해원2012년1월—2014년12월문진포피과장급포피계대과단남성330례，행포피배절급계대성형술；통과병례자신대조，관찰비교수술전후환자재음도내사정잠복시간、환자성생활만의도적차이，분석포피급계대대남성음경발기시간적작용급가능궤제。결과330례남성행포피배절+계대성형술，술후음도내사정잠복시간、성생활만의도균교술전분별증가（2.82±0.82） min、（3.90±1.02）분（균위P<0.05），차이유통계학의의。결론포피급계대여남성음경발기시간유밀절관계，포피배절+계대성형술가강저성자격적전도，연장음경발기시간；대우포피과장합병포피계대과단남성，건의포피배절적동시행계대성형술，이연장음도내사정잠복시간，제고성생활만의도。
Objective To explore the impact of redundant prepuce and short prepuce frenulum on penile erection. Methods Circumcision plus frenoplasty was performed in the male patients with redundant prepuce and short prepuce frenulum in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014. The difference in intravaginal ejaculation latency time and satisfaction scale of sex pre-operation and post-operation was observed and compared by using patients as their own controls. And the effect and possible mechanism of prepuce and frenulum on the duration of penile erection was analyzed. Results Circumcision plus frenoplasty were performed in 330 males. Compared to that pre-operation, intravaginal ejaculation latency time and satisfaction scale of sex of patients post-operation increased (2.82 ±0.82) min, (3.90 ±1.02)points, respectively (all P<0.05). Conclusion Prepuce and frenulum are closely related with penile erection time in males. Circumcision plus frenoplasty may decrease the conduction of sex stimuli and prolong the time of penile erection. It is suggested that circumcision plus freno-plasty should performed in males with redundant prepuce and short prepuce frenulum in order to prolong the intravaginal e-jaculation latency time and improve the satisfaction scale of sex.
