未分化疾病是指医学上无法解释的躯体症状或指疾病早期尚未明确归属于某一系统的疾病。疾病初期，由于很多典型症状尚未显现，确诊较为困难。在全科医生的诊疗过程中，首先接触较多的是疾病症状问题，但症状和疾病之间存在着偶然和必然的关系，全科医生应具备透过现象看本质来实施诊断的能力和技巧，使疾病在早期阶段被发现并处理，做好居民健康的“守门人”。本文就常见的3种未分化疾病乏力、水肿、消瘦进行分析，为全科医生在诊断时提供一定的临床思路。

Undifferentiated disease is defined as medically unexplained physical symptoms or the disease which is still in the early stage and not clearly attributed to specific system. In the early stage of the disease,the diagnosis is difficult because many typical symptoms are not yet apparent. The physical symptoms are more common in the process of diagnosis and treatment by general practitioners,while there is accident or necessary relation between symptom and disease. General practitioners should master the ability and skills to make correct diagnosis by seeing through the phenomenon to perceive the essence. In this way, diseases could be detected in early stage,and general practitioners could play the role of " gatekeeper" of residents' health well. The article conducted an analysis on three kinds of undifferentiated diseases,including fatique,edema and emaciation,in order to provide clinical thoughts for general practitioners in diagnosis.
