目的：探讨参麦注射液联合 GP 化疗方案对肺恶性肿瘤气阴两虚证患者免疫功能及近期生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年7月—2015年1月于中国中医科学院广安门医院治疗的经中医辨证为气阴两虚证的肺恶性肿瘤患者128例为研究对象，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（65例）和治疗组（63例）。对照组仅采用 GP 化疗方案治疗，治疗组在 GP 化疗方案基础上，加用参麦注射液进行治疗。分别于治疗前及治疗2个疗程后，取患者肘静脉血3 ml，检测 CD ＋3 T 细胞、CD ＋4 T 细胞、CD ＋8 T 细胞及自然杀伤（NK）细胞百分比，并计算 CD ＋4 T 细胞与 CD ＋8 T 细胞百分比比值（CD ＋4/ CD ＋8）。同时，采用 Karnofsky 功能状态量表评价患者生活质量。结果治疗前，两组 CD ＋3 T 细胞、CD ＋4 T 细胞、NK 细胞百分比及 CD ＋4/ CD ＋8比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。治疗2个疗程后，治疗组 CD ＋3 T 细胞、CD ＋4 T 细胞、NK 细胞百分比及 CD ＋4/ CD ＋8均高于对照组（P ﹤0.05）。两组治疗前后 CD ＋8 T 细胞百分比比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。治疗前，两组 Karnofsky 功能状态量表评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。2个疗程后，治疗组 Karnofsky 功能状态量表评分及其提高值均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论参麦注射液联合 GP 化疗具有协同作用，可改善肺恶性肿瘤气阴两虚证患者细胞免疫功能及近期生活质量。

목적：탐토삼맥주사액연합 GP 화료방안대폐악성종류기음량허증환자면역공능급근기생활질량적영향。방법선취2013년7월—2015년1월우중국중의과학원엄안문의원치료적경중의변증위기음량허증적폐악성종류환자128례위연구대상，안수궤수자표법장환자분위대조조（65례）화치료조（63례）。대조조부채용 GP 화료방안치료，치료조재 GP 화료방안기출상，가용삼맥주사액진행치료。분별우치료전급치료2개료정후，취환자주정맥혈3 ml，검측 CD ＋3 T 세포、CD ＋4 T 세포、CD ＋8 T 세포급자연살상（NK）세포백분비，병계산 CD ＋4 T 세포여 CD ＋8 T 세포백분비비치（CD ＋4/ CD ＋8）。동시，채용 Karnofsky 공능상태량표평개환자생활질량。결과치료전，량조 CD ＋3 T 세포、CD ＋4 T 세포、NK 세포백분비급 CD ＋4/ CD ＋8비교，차이균무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。치료2개료정후，치료조 CD ＋3 T 세포、CD ＋4 T 세포、NK 세포백분비급 CD ＋4/ CD ＋8균고우대조조（P ﹤0.05）。량조치료전후 CD ＋8 T 세포백분비비교，차이균무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。치료전，량조 Karnofsky 공능상태량표평분비교，차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。2개료정후，치료조 Karnofsky 공능상태량표평분급기제고치균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론삼맥주사액연합 GP 화료구유협동작용，가개선폐악성종류기음량허증환자세포면역공능급근기생활질량。
Objective To investigate the influence of Shenmai injection combined with chemotherapy on immune function and quality of life in patients with pulmonary malignant tumor and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin. Methods We enrolled 128 patients who had pulmonary malignant tumor and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin by TCM syndrome differentiation and received treatment in Guang'anmen Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Science from July 2013 to January 2015. Using random number table,the subjects were divided into control group(n = 65)and treatment group(n = 63). Control group was administrated with only GP chemotherapy,and treatment group was administrated with Shenmai injection on the basis of GP chemotherapy. Before treatment and after two courses of treatment,3 ml of venous blood was taken from each of the patients,and the proportions of CD +3 T cells,CD +4 T cells,CD +8 T cells and NK cells were detected,and CD +4 / CD +8 was calculated. Karnofsky performance score was employed to evaluate the quality of life of patients. Results Before treatment,the two groups were not significantly different(P ﹥ 0. 05)in the proportions of CD +3 T cells,CD +4 T cells and NK cells and CD +4 /CD +8 . After two courses of treatment,treatment group was higher(P ﹤ 0. 05)than control group in the proportions of CD +3 T cells,CD +4 T cells and NK cells and CD +4 / CD +8 . Before and after treatment,the two groups were not significantly different(P ﹥0. 05) in the proportion of CD +8 T cells. Before treatment,the two groups were not significantly different in Karnofsky performance score(P ﹥ 0. 05). After two courses of treatment,treatment group was higher(P ﹤ 0. 05)than control group in the Karnofsky performance score and increased value. Conclusion The combination of Shenmai injection and GP chemotherapy have synergistic effect,and the cellular immune function and near - term quality of life of patients with pulmonary malignant tumor and syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin can be improved by the combined therapy.
