目的：观察不同剂量瑞芬太尼用于喉罩麻醉下乳腺手术的具体效果。方法该研究中将2012年1月—2014年1月所收治的行乳腺手术患者共80例，随机分组，40例为对照组，40例为实验组。对照组瑞芬太尼用药剂量为0.2 ug·kg-1·min-1，观察组为0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1。对麻醉效果进行对比。结果观察组患者置入喉罩时~术毕各阶段心率、平均脉动压对比均无明显差异（P＞0.05）。观察组麻醉期间体动症状发生率、术后苏醒时间均明显低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论以喉罩麻醉对乳腺手术患者进行干预时，按照0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1剂量给予瑞芬太尼的效果确切，患者麻醉期间生命体征波动较小，体动症状少，苏醒时间快，有推广应用价值。
목적：관찰불동제량서분태니용우후조마취하유선수술적구체효과。방법해연구중장2012년1월—2014년1월소수치적행유선수술환자공80례，수궤분조，40례위대조조，40례위실험조。대조조서분태니용약제량위0.2 ug·kg-1·min-1，관찰조위0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1。대마취효과진행대비。결과관찰조환자치입후조시~술필각계단심솔、평균맥동압대비균무명현차이（P＞0.05）。관찰조마취기간체동증상발생솔、술후소성시간균명현저우대조조，대비차이현저（P＜0.05）。결론이후조마취대유선수술환자진행간예시，안조0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1제량급여서분태니적효과학절，환자마취기간생명체정파동교소，체동증상소，소성시간쾌，유추엄응용개치。
Objective To observe the effect of different doses of remifentanil applied to laryngeal mask anesthesia for breast surgery. Methods A total of 80 cases underwent breast surgery from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each. The control group used remifentanil 0.2 ug·kg-1· min-1, and the observation group used remifentanil 0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1. And the anesthetic effect was compared between the two groups. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the heart rate, mean pulse pressure between the two groups from the time of laryngeal mask stenting to the end of the surgery (P>0.05). The incidence of somatic symptoms during the anesthesia was much lower and postoperative recovery time was much shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, respectively with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with breast surgery, laryngeal mask anesthesia with 0.3 ug·kg-1·min-1 remifentanil has exact effect, which can make the patients have less fluctuation in vital signs and lower incidence of somatic symptoms and quicker recovery, so it has the value of applica-tion and promotion.
