目的：探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液在脑血栓临床治疗中的价值与效果。方法整群收集2013年1月—2015年1月，该院收治的脑血栓患者74例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各37例。对照组应用血塞通注射液治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗，比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为94.59%，显著高于对照组的81.08%（P<0.05）；治疗后两组的NIHSS评分均显著降低，且观察组的降低幅度更为显著（P<0.05）。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓能够有效改善患者的神经功能，提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토단삼천궁진주사액재뇌혈전림상치료중적개치여효과。방법정군수집2013년1월—2015년1월，해원수치적뇌혈전환자74례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각37례。대조조응용혈새통주사액치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상가용단삼천궁진주사액진행치료，비교량조적료효。결과관찰조적치료총유효솔위94.59%，현저고우대조조적81.08%（P<0.05）；치료후량조적NIHSS평분균현저강저，차관찰조적강저폭도경위현저（P<0.05）。결론단삼천궁진주사액치료뇌혈전능구유효개선환자적신경공능，제고림상료효，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the value and clinical effect of Salvia TMP Injection in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis. Methods 74 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 37 cases in each. Both groups were treated by Sanqi Panax Notoginseng Injection, and the observation group was given Salvia TMP Injection additionally. And the efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group (94.59% vs 81.08%) (P<0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS scores decreased in both groups, and the reduction of NIHSS scores in the observation group was greater (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with cerebral thrombosis, Salvia TMP Injection can effectively improve the nerve function and the clinical outcome, which is worthy of extensive application and promotion.
