目的：探究中西医结合疗法治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择2012年2月—2014年4月在陕西省友谊医院治疗的急性脑出血患者178例，随机分为观察组91例和对照组87例。对照组患者入院后给予常规西药治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予清开灵注射液和平肝息风汤治疗，两组患者均连续治疗21 d。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、出血量、临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者神经功能缺损评分和出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；治疗后观察组患者神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，出血量小于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P <0.05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率为9.9%，低于对照组的26.4%（P <0.05）。结论中西医结合疗法治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗，能有效改善患者神经功能、减少出血量，且安全性较高。

목적：탐구중서의결합요법치료급성뇌출혈적림상료효。방법선택2012년2월—2014년4월재합서성우의의원치료적급성뇌출혈환자178례，수궤분위관찰조91례화대조조87례。대조조환자입원후급여상규서약치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상급여청개령주사액화평간식풍탕치료，량조환자균련속치료21 d。비교량조환자치료전후신경공능결손평분、출혈량、림상료효급치료기간불량반응발생정황。결과치료전량조환자신경공능결손평분화출혈량비교，차이무통계학의의（P >0.05）；치료후관찰조환자신경공능결손평분저우대조조，출혈량소우대조조（P <0.05）。관찰조환자림상료효우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P <0.05）。관찰조환자불량반응발생솔위9.9%，저우대조조적26.4%（P <0.05）。결론중서의결합요법치료급성뇌출혈적림상료효우우단순서약치료，능유효개선환자신경공능、감소출혈량，차안전성교고。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Integrated Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy on acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 178 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were selected in Shaaxi Friendship Hospital from February 2012 to April 2014,and they were randomly divided into observation group(n = 91)and control group (n = 87). Patients of control group were given routine Western medicines after admission,while patients of observation group were given extra Qingkailing injection and pinggan - xifeng decoction based on routine Western medicines, both groups continuously treated for 21 days. Neurological function defect score and bleeding volume before and after treatment,clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results No statistically significant differences of neurological function defect score or bleeding volume was found between the two groups before treatment( P >0. 05);after treatment,neurological function defect score of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group,and bleeding volume of observation group was statistically significantly less than that of control group(P < 0. 05). The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 9. 9% ,was statistically significantly lower than that of control group of 26. 4% (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Integrated Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy has better clinical effect than single Western medicine in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage,can effectively improve the neurological function,reduce the bleeding volume,and is safe.
