通过使用自编《在校大学生创业学习支持因素调查问卷》，运用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析对上海地区7所大学的在校生进行考察。研究表明在校大学生创业学习支持因素分为校内支持和校外支持两个主维度，分别由制度设计、课程设计、知识溢出、物质和机会支持、强关系维度、弱关系维度以及政府和社会支持等七个子维度构成。研究结果认为既要发挥好高校的主体作用，也要充分重视在校大学生校内外社会网络对于创业学习的支持作用。

Through collecting the Questionnaires of College Students'Entrepreneurial Learning Support Elements designed by the author,this paper investigates the college students of seven colleges in Shanghai by the use of exploratory element analysis and confirmatory element analysis.Studies have shown that support elements are divided into such two main dimensions as campus support and off-campus support. They consist of such seven sub-dimensions as system design,curriculum design,knowledge spillover, material /opportunity support,strong relational dimension,weak relational dimension and governmental /social support.The paper draws the conclusion that not only are the main roles of the universities played but also attention to functions of social networks both on campus and off campus in supporting students'entrepreneurial learning is paid.
