目的：探析脑梗死合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者形成血栓的相关因素。方法随机选择2009年3月—2015年3月期间该院收治的脑梗死合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者30例作为观察组，再将阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者30例作为对照组，对两组的PSG指标、体重指数以及血液流变学指标进行对比分析。结果两组的体重指数对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），观察组的PSG指标和血液流变学指标均优于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论睡眠呼吸暂停综合征使得脑梗死患者形成血栓的可能性增加了，使血栓的形成速度加快了，脑血管出现动脉硬化的症状，这些都是脑梗死的常见危险症状。

Objective To study the related factors of thrombosis in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with ob-structive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods 30 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome who were admitted to our hospital between March 2009 and March 2015 were assigned to the observation group and other 30 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were assigned to the control group. The PSG index, weight in-dex, hemorheological parameters were comparatively analyzed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in weight index between the two group (P>0.05), but in terms of PSG index and hemorheological parameters, statistically sig-nificant differences were found between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with cerebral infarction, obstruc-tive sleep apnea syndrome can improve the incidence of thrombosis and accelerate its formation which may lead to arte-riosclerosis. They were the common symptoms of cerebral infarction which are very emergent.
