目的:探讨开展护理本科实习生全程导师制的效果。方法将2012年的60名护理本科生设为对照组,2013年的65名护理本科生作为试验组,对照组采用传统的带教模式,试验组采用全程导师制的带教模式,在实习结束时对两组护生的综合能力、科研能力、职业情感和生活指导方面进行全面考核和比较。结果试验组在各项考核方面优于对照组( P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论临床护理本科实习生全程导师制的开展,提高了护理本科生的综合能力和专业思想,强化了临床带教老师的责任心,全面提高了临床教学质量。

목적:탐토개전호리본과실습생전정도사제적효과。방법장2012년적60명호리본과생설위대조조,2013년적65명호리본과생작위시험조,대조조채용전통적대교모식,시험조채용전정도사제적대교모식,재실습결속시대량조호생적종합능력、과연능력、직업정감화생활지도방면진행전면고핵화비교。결과시험조재각항고핵방면우우대조조( P<0.01혹P<0.05)。결론림상호리본과실습생전정도사제적개전,제고료호리본과생적종합능력화전업사상,강화료림상대교로사적책임심,전면제고료림상교학질량。
Objective To explore the effect of applying the full tutorial system in clinical nursing undergraduates.Methods In this study, control group involved 60 undergraduates in 2012 while observation group 65 in 2013.Control group was taught with the traditional mode while the full tutorial system was implemented in the observation group.We carried out the comprehensive comparison about synthetic ability, essay writing, vocational emotion and observation ability between the two groups.Results The observation group performed much better than the control group in all examinations ( P<0.01 or P<0.05) .Conclusion The application of tutorial system improves both the synthetic ability and professional thought of nursing undergraduates;it has also strengthened the sense of responsibility of clinical teachers and promotes the quality of clinical teaching.
