利用加权变异系数和泰尔熵标准指数分别从相对量和绝对量的角度分析我国的社会保障支出现状，得出我国社会保障支出的地区差异主要表现在东、中、西部3个区域内，其中东部地区各省市之间的社会保障支出差异尤为突出。采用快速聚类分析法将我国31个省市重新分类，结合分析结果，需要针对不同地区的实际情况，从大力发展地区经济、平衡社会保障支出、增加社会保障财政投入、加快社会保障统一体系构建等方面采取措施，以缩小我国社会保障支出的地区差异。

이용가권변이계수화태이적표준지수분별종상대량화절대량적각도분석아국적사회보장지출현상，득출아국사회보장지출적지구차이주요표현재동、중、서부3개구역내，기중동부지구각성시지간적사회보장지출차이우위돌출。채용쾌속취류분석법장아국31개성시중신분류，결합분석결과，수요침대불동지구적실제정황，종대력발전지구경제、평형사회보장지출、증가사회보장재정투입、가쾌사회보장통일체계구건등방면채취조시，이축소아국사회보장지출적지구차이。
Using the weighted variation coefficient and the index of Theil,from the perspective of the relative amounts and the absolute amounts of the status of China’s social security expenditure,region-al differences in China’s social security expenditure mainly in three areas within the eastern,central, western were obtained,which social security expenditure differences between the eastern provinces was particularly prominent.Using the K-Means Cluster Analysis,we reclassified 31 provinces in Chi-na and combined with the analysis results,it turn out that we should vigorously develop economy,bal-ance social security spending,increase social security financial investment and build a unified social security system,so as to reduce the regional differences of social security expenditure.
