培育具有强大感召力的社会主义核心价值观不仅是实现治理体系现代化的思想保障，而且本来就是全面实现现代化的题中应有之义。当今世界激烈的思想文化交锋、西方社会与非西方社会实现现代化的经验和教训，以及中华优秀传统文化的当代价值，共同决定了社会主义核心价值观的培育必须立足中华优秀传统文化，坚持走古为今用、推陈出新的道路。

The cultivation of socialist core values with strong appeal is not only the ideological guaran-tee to realize the modernization of governance system,but also is the title of the proper of full modern-ization.Reasons such as a fierce ideological and cultural clash in the world today,experiences and lessons of western society and non-western society and the contemporary value of Chinese traditional culture decided that the socialist core values cultivation must be based on Chinese excellent traditional culture,adhere to the road of making the past serve the present and bring forth the new through the old.
