目的 探讨个性化服务在儿科病房管理中的护理作用. 方法 采用回顾性方法,选取2013年12月-2014年12月该院收治的120例儿科患儿临床资料,随机将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例. 给予对照组患儿常规护理进行干预,给予观察组患儿在对照组患儿护理的基础上实施个性化服务护理,观察两组患儿护理效果. 结果 经过一段时间的护理,观察组患儿及家属护理满意度表现为:25例非常满意,19例基本满意,13例一般满意,3例不满意,护理总满意度为95.0%;对照组患儿及家属护理满意度表现为:10例非常满意,12例基本满意,21例一般满意,17例不满意,护理总满意度为71.67%;观察组患儿及家属的护理总满意度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论个性化服务在儿科病房管理中的护理中具有较好的促进康复作用,能够提高护理质量,同时能够提高患儿及家属的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective To explore the nursing role of personalized service in the pediatric ward management. Methods A retrospective method, the selection in December 2013 - December 2014 in our hospital since clinical data of 120 cases of pediatric patients, patients randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 cases each.Give control group routine nursing intervention, patients with give observation group of patients in the control group with nursing on the basis of implementing the humanized service, observe effect of two groups of patient care. Results After a period of nursing, the observation group of children and family members of the nursing satisfaction are: 25 cases, 19 cases basic sat-isfaction, 13 cases of general satisfaction, 3 cases are not satisfied, nursing total satisfaction was 95.0%;Control performance for children and family members of the nursing satisfaction: 10 cases, 12 cases were the basic satisfaction, 21 cases of gen-eral satisfaction, 17 cases are not satisfied, nursing total satisfaction was 71.67%;Visible children and family to care the to-tal satisfaction of observation group was obviously better than the control group by statistical comparison, P<0.05, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The individualized service in nursing in pediatric ward management has good stimula-tive rehabilitation effect, can improve the quality of nursing, can improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their fami-lies at the same time, is worth popularization and application in clinic.
