近三年钦州学院英语专业毕业生就业主要有8大方向，在就业过程中存在一些矛盾，其原因在于自我定位不准确、就业思想观念保守；缺乏明确的择业目标、择业意识形成较晚；专业基础不够扎实，缺乏实践经验；学校课程设置不够合理。科学合理解决地这些问题有利于学校人才培养目标的实现和学生更好地择业创业就业。

In recent three years, English major graduates of Qinzhou University have been employed mainly in eight fields. There have been disputes in the process of employment. The reasons are as follows: incorrect self-orientation, conservative em-ployment ideas, delayed job-seeking awareness;weak major knowledge;unreasonable curriculums, etc. . Scientific and reasona-ble solutions to these problems will help colleges to realize the talent cultivation objectives and help graduates get better employ-ment.
