目的 了解某汽车发动机制造公司的生产性粉尘与噪声分布情况及其危害的程度, 为相关职业病防控提供依据. 方法 依据相关法律法规和规范标准,采用现场职业卫生调查法﹑检测法和检查表分析法. 结果该汽车发动机制造公司在运行过程中存在的生产性粉尘与噪声种类多﹑分布广,生产性粉尘主要有铝合金粉尘 (总尘)﹑砂轮磨尘(总尘)﹑金属粉尘(总尘)﹑矽尘(总尘)等. 现场检测88个粉尘作业点,合格作业点88个,合格率为100%;对接触噪声作业的89名工人进行个体接触水平检测,超标人数58人,超标率为65.2%.结论 噪声与粉尘是汽车制造生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素,其防护是汽车制造业职业病防护中的重点,也是难点. 应采取有效的措施,预防与控制相关职业病的发生.
目的 瞭解某汽車髮動機製造公司的生產性粉塵與譟聲分佈情況及其危害的程度, 為相關職業病防控提供依據. 方法 依據相關法律法規和規範標準,採用現場職業衛生調查法﹑檢測法和檢查錶分析法. 結果該汽車髮動機製造公司在運行過程中存在的生產性粉塵與譟聲種類多﹑分佈廣,生產性粉塵主要有鋁閤金粉塵 (總塵)﹑砂輪磨塵(總塵)﹑金屬粉塵(總塵)﹑矽塵(總塵)等. 現場檢測88箇粉塵作業點,閤格作業點88箇,閤格率為100%;對接觸譟聲作業的89名工人進行箇體接觸水平檢測,超標人數58人,超標率為65.2%.結論 譟聲與粉塵是汽車製造生產過程中產生的主要職業病危害因素,其防護是汽車製造業職業病防護中的重點,也是難點. 應採取有效的措施,預防與控製相關職業病的髮生.

Objective To understand the extent of an automobile engine manufacturing company's production of dust and noise distribution and its hazards. Provide evidence for the prevention and control of occupational diseases related. Methods In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and normative standards, On-site occupational health investigation, detection and analysis checklist. Results The extensive presence of automotive engine manufacturing company in operation producing dust and noise distribution and variety .Production of dust mainly aluminum dust (total dust),grinding wheel dust (total dust), metal dust (total dust), silica dust (total dust), etc. Dust-site inspection 88 points , and 88 points were eligible. Productive dust passing rate was 100%, It detected 89 individual workers noise exposure level when 58 workers exceeded .Individual noise exceeded the rate was 65.2%. Conclusion Noise and dust are the major occupational hazards automobile manufactur-ing process produces. Its protection is not only the automotive industry occupational disease prevention in the key, but also difficult. should take a good protective measures to prevent and control-related occupational diseases.
