To strengthen the advantages of mobile phone entry strategy entrance of telecom services, the GSM Association has further innovated RCS standards. On the basis of analyzing the challenge of traditional services of telecom enterprise, we explain the connota-tion of RCS (RCS), and analyze and explore the prod-uct system and business development strategy of RCS.
