目的:观察肿瘤相关巨噬细胞和LYVE-1蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达情况,探讨TAMs和LYVE-1蛋白与子宫内膜腺癌中的关系及意义。方法选取符合实验要求的49例子宫内膜样腺癌患者作为实验组,子宫内膜不典型增生20例和正常子宫内膜20例作为对照组。CD68、CD163、LYVE-1分别标记巨噬细胞、M2型巨噬细胞、淋巴管内皮细胞,采用免疫组化的技术分别检测三个蛋白在子宫内膜组织中的表达情况,并分析以上指标与子宫内膜腺癌患者的临床病理参数的关系。结果⑴子宫内膜腺癌组织中的CD68阳性巨噬细胞、CD163阳性巨噬细胞表达显著高于两对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且与FIGO分期、病理分级、盆腔淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、肌层浸润深度无关(P>0.05);⑵LYVE-1蛋白在三组子宫内膜组织中均有表达,但在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的阳性表达高于子宫内膜良性病变,且与FIGO分期、盆腔淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、病理分级、肌层浸润深度无关(P>0.05);⑶LYVE-1蛋白与CD68阳性巨噬细胞、CDl63阳性巨噬细胞表达呈正相关(P=0.035,P=0.007)。结论 TAMs在子宫内膜腺癌组织中阳性表达升高,且与肿瘤的FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移相关,提示TAMs可能在肿瘤发生、发展、淋巴转移方面发挥重要作用。

목적:관찰종류상관거서세포화LYVE-1단백재자궁내막선암조직중적표체정황,탐토TAMs화LYVE-1단백여자궁내막선암중적관계급의의。방법선취부합실험요구적49례자궁내막양선암환자작위실험조,자궁내막불전형증생20례화정상자궁내막20례작위대조조。CD68、CD163、LYVE-1분별표기거서세포、M2형거서세포、림파관내피세포,채용면역조화적기술분별검측삼개단백재자궁내막조직중적표체정황,병분석이상지표여자궁내막선암환자적림상병리삼수적관계。결과⑴자궁내막선암조직중적CD68양성거서세포、CD163양성거서세포표체현저고우량대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),차여FIGO분기、병리분급、분강림파결전이유관(P<0.05),이여년령、기층침윤심도무관(P>0.05);⑵LYVE-1단백재삼조자궁내막조직중균유표체,단재자궁내막선암조직중적양성표체고우자궁내막량성병변,차여FIGO분기、분강림파결전이유관(P<0.05),여년령、병리분급、기층침윤심도무관(P>0.05);⑶LYVE-1단백여CD68양성거서세포、CDl63양성거서세포표체정정상관(P=0.035,P=0.007)。결론 TAMs재자궁내막선암조직중양성표체승고,차여종류적FIGO분기、병리분급、림파결전이상관,제시TAMs가능재종류발생、발전、림파전이방면발휘중요작용。
Objective To observe the tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs),and LYVE-1 Protein in endometrial adenocarci-noma tissues,explore the relationship and significance of TAMs and the LYVE-1 Protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Meth-ods A total of 49 samples were enrolled in this study diagnosed with endometrial cancer as the experiment groups ,20 samples atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 20 samples normal endometrium as the control group,we use the CD68 to mark the macrophages and marked the M2-polarized TAMs with CD163,lymphatic vessels (LV) with LYVE-1,by immunohistochemistry techniques,to explored the correlation between macrophages expression and clinical pathological features in these samples. Result⑴CD68,CD163 positive macrophages infiltration in experimental group of endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than the control group,the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05),and were closely related to FIGO stage,histological differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),not correlated with age and myometrium invasion(P>0.05);⑵The LYVE-1 Protein was posi-tively expressed in the three groups,and the expression of LYVE-1 in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that of endometrial benign lesion tissues,and were closely related to FIGO stage,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),not correlated with age histologi-cal,differentiation and myometrium invasion(P>0.05);⑶The LYVE-1 Protein expression was positively correlated with CD68 and CDl63 positive macrophage (P=0.035,P=0.007). Conclusion TAMs infiltrated in endometrial adenocarcinoma were increased,and were correlated with FIGO stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis,suggesting that TAMs may play an important role in cancer occurrence,development and in lymph node metastasis.
