Cox-2%endometrial carcinoma%infiltration and metastasis
目的:检测Cox-2在子宫内膜癌(EC)组织中的表达,探讨Cox-2在子宫内膜癌的发生、发展中的作用及相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学染色,检测Cox-2在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生内膜、子宫内膜癌中的表达,分析Cox-2与子宫内膜癌临床病理特征的关系。结果⑴Cox-2在正常子宫内膜、不典型增生内膜、子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达差异有统计学意义;⑵Cox-2在不同病理分级及不同FIGO分期中的阳性表达率比较中,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;Cox-2阳性表达率在不同肌层浸润深度比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;Cox-2在有无淋巴结转移组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论 Cox-2高表达与子宫内膜癌有密切关系,Cox-2参与了子宫内膜癌的发生、发展过程。 Cox-2的过度表达可促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。

목적:검측Cox-2재자궁내막암(EC)조직중적표체,탐토Cox-2재자궁내막암적발생、발전중적작용급상호관계。방법채용면역조직화학염색,검측Cox-2재정상자궁내막、불전형증생내막、자궁내막암중적표체,분석Cox-2여자궁내막암림상병리특정적관계。결과⑴Cox-2재정상자궁내막、불전형증생내막、자궁내막암조직중적양성표체차이유통계학의의;⑵Cox-2재불동병리분급급불동FIGO분기중적양성표체솔비교중,P>0.05,차이무통계학의의;Cox-2양성표체솔재불동기층침윤심도비교,P<0.05,차이유통계학의의;Cox-2재유무림파결전이조비교,P<0.05,차이유통계학의의。결론 Cox-2고표체여자궁내막암유밀절관계,Cox-2삼여료자궁내막암적발생、발전과정。 Cox-2적과도표체가촉진종류적침습화전이。
of normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and EC using immunohistochemistry staining. The relationship of Cox-2 and clinical pathological features w analyzed. Results ⑴The difference of the positive expression of Cox-2 was statistically significant among the tissues of normal endometrium,atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and EC. ⑵There was no statistical sig-nificance difference(P>0.05) in the positive expression rate of Cox-2 in the pathological classification and FIGO staging. Whereas , there was statistical significance difference (P<0.05) in the positive expression rate of Cox-2 in the different muscular infiltration depth. There was also statistically significant difference (P<0.05) in the positive expression rate of Cox-2 compared withpresence or absence of lymph node metastasis. Conclusion There was close relationship between overexpression of Cox-2 and EC. Our results indicate that Cox-2 may be involved the occurrence and development of EC and that overexpression of Cox-2 may promote tumor infiltration and metastasis.
